our residents’ stay with us, this is their home and we are their
family. We want to make them feel wanted and important. We believe that
our full range of thoughtful hospitality services truly does help our
residents feel right at home.

Positive
relationships are the result of open and continued communication and
are the foundation of the trust you have with your care provider team.
We value your willingness to share your suggestions and concerns in
order to enhance the quality of life for the resident. We encourage
you to discuss your concerns and suggestions with any member of our
care provider team. Additionally, in order to further enhance our care
and services, periodic satisfaction surveys are conducted.

ambulatory
aids
For our residents
who need help in getting around, we can provide wheelchairs, walkers
and canes for their use during their stay. Should the resident need
an ambulatory aid, please ask our staff. Residents are also welcome
to bring their own aids from home.
mail
& newspapers
Staying in
touch with family, friends and current events is critical to everyone’s
well-being. With that in mind, all of our residents’ mail is delivered
unopened on a daily basis (except on Sundays and holidays) directly
to the residents’ rooms. Additionally, daily newspapers are delivered
to residents upon request. These newspapers must be purchased from the
publishers and residents are billed directly by the publisher. For those
residents who do not need to have the daily news delivered to their
room, we have one available for them in our common area.

items
In order
to make every resident feel more comfortable, we encourage them to bring
furnishings from their home to help personalize their room. Please check
with our director of customer relations or our administrator before
bringing in any large items. All furnishings must meet state safety
standards.

Each resident
may have a physician of his/her choice.
professional
services
For our residents’
ultimate health and convenience, we have contracted with the following
in-house services:
- physical,
occupational and speech therapy
- podiatrist
- optometrist
- dentist
- pharmacist
- psychologist
- X-ray
and laboratory services
Each of these
services may be hired upon the request of the resident, resident’s
family and/or physician.
